Flexible rate: If canceled up to 48 hours before the arrival date, the hotel will refund the deposit if any has been paid.
If canceled outside the deadline, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night, and in case the total reservation amount has been paid, the amount for the first night will not be refunded.

If you have selected the option to pay the total of your reservation upon arrival at the hotel, your credit card is only required as a guarantee for your reservation. The amount of your reservation will not be charged to your credit card, as payment will be made at the hotel on the day of arrival with a credit card or in cash, in local currency and according to the current exchange rate. Only in the case of cancellation one day before the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged; in case of a no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
