Cala d´Hort

Cala d’Hort is probably one of the most charming coves in the municipality of Sant Josep, located in a protected natural environment in the south-east of Ibiza, with few buildings. It has just a few restaurants with seafood and Mediterranean cuisine and typical fishermen’s huts. Its crystal clear waters invite you to dive in, and its romantic wooden pier is ideal for sitting and contemplating the enigmatic islet of Es Vedrà, one of the most acclaimed landscapes of the island which will surely fascinate you.

The most anticipated moment for everyone who visits this fascinating beach is its famous sunset. It is a spectacle for the eyes, which becomes something more magical when it is accompanied by the legendary islet of Es Vedrà.

The experience will be more than satisfactory, but you may wish to make the most of it beyond swimming or sunbathing on its peaceful shore. One of the most recommended activities for appreciating everything that this area has to offer is kayaking, a watersport that will allow you to take a trip by sea and approach the islets of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell to appreciate their enormity more closely.
