Sirenis Hotels & Resorts has received a variety of awards and recognitions over the years, from clients, tour operators and specialist magazines. These include the Golden Apple Awards, RCI Gold Crown Resort, Great Place to Work, Travelife Gold Award, Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice and the Balearic Islands Government Recognition, among others.
Travelife Gold Award, 2021
The Sirenis Seaview Country Club, Sirenis Hotel Club Aura and Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta hotels have been awarded a Travelife Gold seal for their work to protect the environment and their commitment to sustainability. The Seaview hotel has held this award since 2016, while the Aura and Siesta hotels first received the distinction in 2017, and year after year ever since.
ISO 10001:2015 Environmental-Management System, 2021
Sirenis Seaview Country Club and Sirenis Hotel Club Aura have been awarded certification in accordance with the international ISO 10001:2015 standard. The scope of the audit carried out by SGS covers “The provision of accommodation and catering services”. The Seaview hotel has held this certification since 2014, while the Aura hotel first received the distinction in 2015, and year after year ever since.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality-Management System, 2021
Sirenis Hotels & Resorts has been awarded certification in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard. The scope of the audit carried out by SGS covers “The provision of accommodation and catering services” and applies to the head offices and three Sirenis Hotels & Resorts in Ibiza: Sirenis Seaview Country Club, Sirenis Hotel Club Aura and The Ibiza TwIIns. The four centres have held this certification since 2014, awarded year after year.
Carbon-Footprint Environment Certification, 2020 and 2021
As part of its commitment to the environment, Sirenis Hotels holds carbon-footprint Environment certification, issued by AENOR, for the financial years 2019 and 2020 – in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14064-1:2012. A carbon footprint is the calculation of greenhouse-gas emissions released into the environment as a direct effect of the activity carried out by our organisation. Based on this calculation, we have developed initiatives aimed at reducing said emissions.

Sirenis Hotel Club Aura has been awarded the “Travellers’ Choice” certification for 2021 and 2016.
Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta was awarded the “Travellers’ Choice” certification in 2020.
Sirenis Seaview Country Club was awarded the “Travellers’ Choice” certification in 2016.
Balearic Islands Government Recognition, 2014
To celebrate World Tourism Day 2014, under the “Tourism and community development” theme, Sirenis Hotels & Resorts was awarded this recognition thanks to its business experience, its dedication to service and its defence and promotion of tourism.

The British tour operator Thomas Cook chose Sirenis Seaview Country Club for its “Award for Excellence” in 2009. This award recognises the hotel’s high standards for service and quality.

The leading British tour operator Thomas Cook chose Sirenis Seaview Country Club for its “Marque of Excellence Award” as the Best Sunzone/Suncentre in 2008.

The British tour operator Thomas Cook chose Sirenis Seaview Country Club for its “Marque of Excellence Award” as the best in the Balearic Islands under the Panorama brand in 2007.
Accommodation Award, 2001
The British tour operator Airtours chose Sirenis Seaview Country Club for its “Accommodation Award”, in recognition of its high quality standards during the 2001 season.
Gold Awards, 1997, 1998 and 1999
The British tour operator Thomson delivered the Gold Award to Sirenis Seaview Country Club as the Best Superfamily accommodation in 1999. In 1998, this same hotel won the Overall Winner prize in its category. In 1997, it was named the Best Sun Hotel.
In recognition of their support for sustainability, Grand Sirenis Punta Cana has been given its Blue Flag certification for another year. The company has been part of this programme since 2012, due to the high standards it maintains in terms of environmental management, safety, accessibility, services and water quality, among other areas, in order to minimise the impact of the company’s activity on many different ecosystems.
The Blue Flag is an iconic award and is present in 47 countries. It was created in 1985 by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
Grand Sirenis Punta Cuna Resort is proud to earn the prestigious Green Key ecological award for projects related to environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry. Green Key is an iconic award present in 65 countries.

Golden Apple Awards, 2009The Golden Apple is awarded to hotels who receive “the highest certifications for accommodation, services, facilities and food”, according to the evaluations of hundreds of thousands of customers in the holiday-satisfaction survey carried out by the prestigious American tour operator Apple Vacations.
Sirenis Punta Cana Resort was chosen for this award in September 2009, after having received an approval rating of more than 85% from guests.
