Sirenis Hotels & Resorts obtains the ISO 9001 quality certification for their hotels on the island of Ibiza.
On Wednesday 28th January 2014, Sirenis Hotels & Resorts were presented with the international standards ISO 9001 quality certification at the International Tourism Fair in Madrid (FITUR), which was received on behalf of the hotel chain by Catina Clapés, Marketing Manager for Europe, Ricardo Muñoz, Commercial Manager for Europe and Rebeca Briones, Commercial representative. Presenting the certification on behalf of SGS were Mr. Peter Hividberg, Global Business Manager Hospitality & Travel and the Manager for the Balearic Islands, Mr. Agustí Ibáñez.
The audit made by SGS covered “accommodation and dining services” and included the Head Office and four hotels belonging to Sirenis Hotels & Resorts on the island of Ibiza: Sirenis Hotel Goleta & Spa, Sirenis Hotel Tres Carabelas & Spa, Sirenis Seaview Country Club and Sirenis Hotel Club Aura.

Mr. Hividberg, Global Business Manager Hospitality & Travel for SGS, pointed out the international recognition of these certifications, which are undertaken by more than 1,5 million companies world wide, declaring that more and more visitors demand a high level of quality services for their holidays.
